Job title: Community Manager - 1 year renewable contract - 35h week

Project: 7 Days Blood Moons: survival game that's a mix of first-person shooter, survival horror, RTS and tower defense.



  • As a Community Manager within one of our game teams, you will be a key contributor to the game's success.
  • Here is a non-exhaustive list of tasks.
    • Determine publication strategies on the various social networks of the company and the customer.
    • Contribute to the planning and execution of digital campaigns, including content creation, ad placement and coordination with the creative team. 
    • Be active on various company and client social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Tumblr, etc.). 
    • Develop and maintain traffic data tracking on social networks. 
    • Keep abreast of new opportunities, best practices and trends in social media to propose innovative ideas and effective tactics. 
    • Research and analyze market trends to generate content ideas.
    • Respond to community emails, Steam messages, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
    • Collaborate with the QA team and designer on player feedback on social media and forums and following playtests.
    • Redirect external requests to the appropriate people in the team.
    • Create and organize events; podcasts, live streams, etc. 


  • These are intermediate-level positions (minimum 2 years). Unfortunately, we have no vacancies for new graduates.




  • We work on the agile model, so there will be daily scrums and sprints every 2 weeks. 
  • Your hours are flexible, 35 hours a week, and we ask you to be present between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Apart from this, you can arrange your hours as you wish. 
  • We also allow you a great deal of autonomy in your work.
  • We work and communicate mainly via Discord :)

Experience for the position


  • We're looking for a community manager with at least 2 years' experience in this role in the field of video games (strategy and publication on various social media, data analysis, etc.). Experience with graphics software such as Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus.
  • This position requires fluency in English and French.
